Hi,
Am trying to buy new address labels, but each time I click on the product I'm taken back to the after sale log (have bought before). Am I doing something wrong or is it the site?
Many thanks.

To answer my own question - have now succeeded in buying product. When clicking on product, was taken to after sale log, scrolled down to product, clicked on b-i-n - message from eBid that I had already bought product, then had to click on OK button and was then able to click on b-i-n and purchase. Haven't experienced this before and does seem to add a layer of confusion, rather than it being a straight forward transaction. It's natural to think something has gone wrong rather than scroll down further.
Any thoughts on this?
The whole buying process on eBid is overly complicated. Too much information presented that is not relevant at that moment in the transaction and too much jumping around.
My first thought when taken to ASL was that the item/seller was no longer available.
It would have been easy to look elsewhere rather than spend time wondering why it was happening and could, perhaps, result in a lost sale for that seller.
Now aware that it would only relate to that particular item and wouldn't figure in a new, not purchased before item, but I often use 'bought' listings to re-visit sellers I have already done business with and that's why it confused me.
Lesson learnt, and hopefully this thread can help others at some point.
Many thanks.
