Constructive advice appreciated

I joined eBid 12 months ago and todate have sold not one item. If you could visit my shops and come back with some constructive advice would be greatly appreciated, Obvously there is still some fine tuning and we are still adding product, but at the end of the day it isn't the fine tuning that sells - it is the product, My biz partner and I have been selling these items on eBay without any problems,

Your listings seem okay to me. Try plugging your items everyday for a while. When I first looked at the watches I did not realise that you designed the pictures yourself. Perhaps you need to emphasize that a little more. Do you do bespoke pictures of a favourite pet?

Hi Margaret,
I looked at some of your listings and read the descriptions. You state that your items are made in China and shipped from China. As a buyer, I am wary of such listings especially as shipping fees are not provided plus the length of time it takes for item to get to me and I worry about any lead content which the USA are very strict about (China is infamous for using lead). Plus the fact that Paypal have a short 'window' span on claims.

Certainly not short of buyers though I guess a good percentage of sales on eBid are collectables, stamps etc.

Thanks for replying back in 2012. Can you believe I closed everything down and have decided to come back (given I am a lifetime member). on my own and am a little more savvy in getting traffic to store. Are you able to advise how can I remove the logo as it just isn't working with the 50px x 310px.
