I've sold something recently and buyer has not paid - so sale was cancelled. I'm still being charged for the sale? Should I be?

To get your fees back you have to send two payment reminders 24 hours apart and then leave appropriate feedback. After that you can report them as a non paying buyer and eBid will refund the FVF after about two to three days. You will find the tab to reclaim the fee in the ASL dropdown list when it has been processed.

Had non - payers before and still had selling charges. Now I know how to deal with it
