Three questions.
1. Do I have to sign-up to receive the Newsletter and if so, where? (I haven't seen it in my inbox)
2. How often are they issued, so I can look out for them?
3. How about adding a section Re. "Website Suggestions" that have been made by members. It's so off-putting if someone has taken the trouble to think
about some aspect of the site and taken the time to put it forward, for it to just lay there without acknowledgement or comment. For those like me,
with little idea of the complexity of the coding, knock-on effects that might prevent it (or something else) working, or even the expense it might
entail, would not be put off making suggestions if they got some sort of response in the Newsletter.
Even a brief comment and explanation would show that the suggestion had at least been looked at. Even a comment like "Impossible to do this", or
"Possible but prohibitively expensive at this time" would (for me) be explanation enough. Better yet would be "We're thinking about it" or "Working on
feasibility study". If the management were to say that they could see no benefit (or just don't like the idea), at least it might prevent the same suggestions coming up repeatedly because there was no indication of that decision previously.
