I posted earlier that I hadn't received any confirmation emails for new listings and new sales since the server migration.
I have just found out that I'm not receiving any emails from eBid. The buyer of the recent sales had also sent me an invoice request, and this did not come through to me either. I only found out while scrolling through the ASL on the sold items.
Could you please look into this as, without these emails, I don't know about my sales, and I cannot respond to buyers if I don't know I have any.
