Unfortunately, my last pre-booked auction ended yesterday. Several of these auctions ended as no-sales - possibly due to the lack of photos on the homepage. PLEASE please please, it is not the money that is important, it is the actual services provided. eBid is a good venue for auctions, and is special in that you and Mark listen to your customers - please listen to us now. Most of us are not keen on this new format - what is the reason behind the change? Perhaps, if there is a good valid reason, we can learn to live with it.
