Thread: We need more Promotional e-mails (like feEbay)

Default We need more Promotional e-mails (like feEbay)

    hi

We need to send out more e-mails to new members to start listing more items for sale like feEbay does. I now am going to go round the house and make a list of items that I don't need or would not be bothered about parting with if the price was right. It would be more useful sending out news letters over the christmas and mothers/fathers day period as this will remind people to look on ebid for cheap gifts and get more buyers and new listings

I agree. I think they should have a seperate mailing list so they can email all users and they cannot unsubscribe from this one. Many people will register then leave, or buy a single item then leave. We need to remind the thousands of users who have left that we are still here.

Absolutely. People forget which sites they have joined and do need a periodic reminder. If you join my website you gat a once a month email detailing the current special offers and new product releases. Amazing to see how many come back and buy something!

    It definately works for me.
