Thread: updating auctions

  1. #1

    Default updating auctions

think it would be good idea if possible to allow facility to change postage costs when updating an auction and also be able to change what countries you are willing to ship to (if you change yer mind)

at the moment if you make an error in the postage cost/and the other you cant go and change it

    lol luckymagpie
    thats a different matter
deliberately overcharging on p and p
just think it would be useful to change the amount if you have either undercharged or overcharged IN ERROR (ok some wouldnt change it if they are overcharging lol)

also to be able to say ok you are willing post to more countries

Hi Emma... as far as I can see you can change your postage etc when you edit an auction, or at least the option shows up for me.....

    lol at luckymagpie
no comment - guess if peeps dont like the total of postage and their final bid wouldnt bid but i know what you mean its the principle...maybe lots of sellers up it cos theyre risking the 1 pound no reserve start and it might stay like that.......still i think postage should be shown as postage and packing and not like 5 times more as ive experienced anyhow.......

    oh dear can you liz
    must go try it then
i know for a fact you cant change it on happy hour cos i did one yesterday and undercharged and couldnt go change it in update auction - this was before it started btw
    maybe normal auctions are different
hang on will go try it and let you know

wonder why you can't change happy hour ones then?

as long as there's no bids on can't see any reason why...
