    I have now sent 6 emails to change my email address without reply !

    I use it all the time, find it pretty good, better than most payment services, dont know much about the support tho

    Hurray,
    I have hd a reply from PPPay.com.
    They, at this moment do not have a facility to change email addresses.

    In the email mail they asked for my DOB, fair I suppose for security issues, but they also asked for my password. No way, they should have the facility to look into my account.

    Yea they should, if i remember correctly nochex.com started off like that, you had to email them your details in order for them to change the password, now it can all be done via your account menu.

    Oh dear! That doesn't sound very secure. In theory someone could mask their email address and target newbies with fake account checks! I hope PPPay change this policy asap. xx
