he like dragons, swords, funny stuff any ideas would help!!
Why not get him one of those silver pewter-type dragon ornaments, one of those with a dragon, a crystal ball etc?

How about a car decal of a dragon thats something different and will jazz his car up.
Get a birthday cake made in the shape of a Dragon.
Get him one of those ornate Samurai swords or a replica of the Highlander movie one.

Go out to dinner somewhere different like a medievil banquetting hall where you have to dress up.
Or do something wacky like a session in a weightless tank or in those large plastic balls that you roll down the side of a mega steep hill in and its abit like being a hamster in an exercise ball.
