Anyone else having long delay on accessing forum pages?

Taking several minutes to load forum pages, i'm on 2MB broadband, no problems with any other web pages or even ebid pages but when i try to get to the forum or arcade there's a delay every time, the page headers load and so does the top ad banner but then ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Tried clearing all cookies and even resetting firewall.
any ideas welcome

You might be having bother with your memory (RAM). Try using your "Disk Clean Up" if you're using Windows or Defag.
Also, try this:

You might also, be running a lot of stuff at the same time i.e. don't have a lot of "windows" open/keep your sistray (bottom right corner, where your clock is) running as little as possible.

Still no joy, tried using Ie and firefox but both appear to have the same problem, cleared cache etc, only have a problem on ebid forum pages :@

Terry, when that happened to me A LOT ... I would clear cookies, temp net files , temp file and then prefetch as a last resort .

Id also check user data, run ms config to see whats there and task manager. Clear history. Run spybot . BASICALLY EVERYTHING.

IF all those are sorted its just trial and error till u find the problem. I guess
