Can anyone tell me how to stop questions appearing on my listings. I have a serial pest that keeps asking stupid questions.
Is there something i can do to stop the questions from being displayed on my listings?

try contacting ebid support, they might be able to sort it, or at least do something about the pestering person

I found out or maybe it was a fluke but try it anyway, if you black ball the bidder asking the Questions in your auctions it removes the Question from the black ball bidder.

Give it a try anyway, i'm sure it worked for me anyway.

I did blackball him and it made no difference. I emailed ebid and asked them to remove the questions and they removed everything so i had to start again. He just emailed me and said he will be around doing it again just before i relisted. All he wants is everything for free and when i say no he starts saying im a scumbag and a pirate and all sorts of things. Hopefully someone can come up with something

He should get barred from the site if he's being a nuisance - can't ebid suspend him or something?

I would email ebid again but they took it the wrong way and removed all my listings. I asked them why and they said i asked them to. Besides i dont want to bother them. He has been emailing me all day privatley and is still going now. The private emails are worse than the questions he is posting on my items. I might do something if he keeps it up.

That's classed as stalking - he can't do that! It's sad but there's some weirdo's out there. Good luck getting it sorted.

i would definately report the person again

do it without asking them to remove any questions

is it someone you know outside of the auctions?

dont worry about 'bothering' support, its what they are there for.

just make sure your mails to them are very clear and specific as to the problem and what you want done

could his behaviour be construed as stalking?



if you dont get any joy from support, then send a message to gary and mark, keep pushing until something is done, as this sort of behaviour isnt on
