U. S. Kickoff of eBid

I'm trying to find any information on the Lifetime Gold membership ($79.99) for the advertised $1.20 as described in the November 29th issues of Numismatic News, page 39, Top of the page under Business.
This is the only reason I have registered with eBid, and I want to know how to upgrade to this accouint with this fee structer.

I hope that this isn't a "bait and switch" situatuion!
