Thread: BIGGER WINDOW FOR TYPING YOUR AUCTION DESCRIPTION

  1. #1

Default BIGGER WINDOW FOR TYPING YOUR AUCTION DESCRIPTION

i'm a newbie here, and i absolutely love ebid!

the only niggle that i have is when i come to sell an item.

i find that the window where i type in the description is a little on the small side!

all of my auctions are in html, so i find it a lot easier to type everything out into a word doc and then paste it.

i just think that it would be a little easier on the brain to have a better and larger view of the description.

go on, tell me i'm being picky!

Just to stick my tuppence worth in here - I also would like a bigger window.

As I use html in my auctions, I also am using cut & paste - at least in System Editor I get as big a window as I want - much easier to use (especially for those of us who are visually challenged - I think that's PC for "wear glasses" )

glad i'm not the only one then!

but i do find that i sometimes miss a part of the description that needs changing and i have to keep going back a couple of times.

I use a html template for all my auctions. I write the description etc into the template in notpad and then copy and paste it into the box. A good thing about doing it this way to is the notepad file can be opened in a browser and I can see the auction before submitting. That way if there's a mistake I don't haveto go back and correct it cos I find that resets other field. I've always done my auctions that way and find it quick and easy
