changing feedback

can someone please tell me how to change feedback....i purchased an item....well before xmas and i left neg feedback after not receiving anythiung after 3 - 4 weeks.....anyhow turned up this morning.....better late than never......after youve left feedback once the option goes......ide really like to change it but cant find where.....

Ello again....

Go to your My Ebid page, and down the left hand side is 'Feedback' If scroll down, in blue, there will be a link saying 'See my feedback i have left for others' click that, find the feedback you want to change, and choose 'Edit'....

I was selling some goods, and when the auction had finnished, I emailed the guy, he said he would pay, after a week, no payment, emailed the guy, no reply, after 3 weeks of sending emails asking for payment, I leave NEGATIVE on his account becuse i havent heard from him, next day he gives ME feedback stating he was going to send money next day (which i don't belive for one minute!) he only just saying that.

any chance of it being removed from my account ?

Yep.... email support (support@ebid.tv) stating the auction ID and the feedback left and they will remove it for you.

You can! just click 'quick links' (top right) and then choose 'subscribed threads' and then check the box to receive a 'notification'

yeah i did that, didnt get any emails though (not the only website that seems to never work)
