    Thumbs down Front Page C*ck Up!!!

    Hi. I listed 2 items yesterday on Frontpage Auction. I have been charged for both items, but they were never shown on the front page.The auction numbers are: (1138800880-22756-0)/(1138801034-22932-0). Can you please give me my fees back, as they were never shown on the front page?. Normaly if the front page is full it does not allow you to pick the option for frontpage. But it did. You could either give me the fee back or show the two listings on the front page for the lenth of time that they are supposed to be shown. Please can you help me out here?

    Has anybody, noticed that, ebid homepage has not changed at all since around 7am this morning, is there a problem?

    If I pay for a front page featured listing. The listing should be shown on the front page at the side for 24 hours. But it never got shown at all.

    It is okay Chanel , you are not going mad, it isnt just you, I have also noticed, must be the upgrade happening..must also be the problem for Laura...I am sure the boys will help you out if you email/IM them Laura, they have with me in the past :-)

    How do i go about getting money refunded for auctions which are not being displayed.? I paid for items for this morning to be in the 60 minute auction but nothings been shown. I know theres obviously a problem with upgrade etc.

    All you need to do is email support@ebid.tv. I'll sure they will refund anyone who has lost out
