Elaine - when I try to put in the details, the page jumps and wont let me put in my answer. Maybe its something to do with...oh I dont know what LOL

I got an email from them today saying the same thing as before. That my account has been suspended from selling and that I need to update my card details.

So I tried logging in through the link on the email to update them instead of through my account and the boxes are still jumping on the form and wont let me put some of my answers in

I dont know what to do now as I cant understand why the page keeps jumping. Maybe its an ebid glitch?

seems like eBid do not understand that you are trying to update your details and teh page wont let you , they possibly think you are trying to get around it for some strange reason.

I don't know why they would think this (but as you say they keep directing you to the page to put your answers in) but think you are not doing it properly so keep directing you there



thats just a possibility , thought it was worth mentioning. (cos other than that I dont know why ebid wouldent help)

Does anyone know an address for me to post a cheque to them and if so, who would i have to make the cheque out to?

Its that stoopid update your card form which is the problem. If that was fixed, I should be able to update my card
