Unable to leave feedback

Has anybody else had this problem? I sold an item last week, was paid instantly for it, but can't leave feedback for my buyer because there is no option to do so on any of my Ebid screens. In 'My Feedback' it says I haven't sold anything yet! This item was won using 'Buy it Now' and there are 24 others still on sale, and the auction doesn't finish for a few days. I just wanted to see if I was the only one before I contacted Ebid direct.

Thanks for that! I thought I was just being a bit daft. Wouldn't it be better if you could leave feedback for an item as soon as it's sold - after all, it's the buyer who the feedback refers to, not the item.

Gazza and Mark, can this problem be fixed? If I have to wait ten days to leave feedback about an item, and I've sold lots of items (if only) I will have completely forgotten who I'm writing feedback about. It's ridiculous. When I get paid by somebody I want to be able to leave feedback immediately, which is what they would expect, but I can't because of this daft rule!

Gaz and Mark, just bumping this to see if you can fix it, it's very frustrating not being able to see buyers' details for up to 9 days after they've won and paid for an item. Surely this isn't the way it was meant to be set up?
