The sad thing is that you just once eBay see it, they will cancel his auction :-(
I think he has written the auction is a very honest and clear manner and not slated eBay, so there is no slander there!
The good thing is that he seems powerful enough to be able to take them on.
I wonder if there are any UK Sellers pre-pared to do the same.?
The last thing eBay want at the moment is bad press, especially with their new launch of express.

Personally, I don't really want ebay to get bad press. I want Ebid to get good press and lots of it. I have no desire to be totally dependent on either website for my business. I want a credible competitor for ebay and more listings and buyers over here is the way to get that.

this is business and sells skeleton leaves, Thai silk, various vintage postcards, more random collectables
Both sell discontinued china tableware.
