    I'm no expert.....

I've just had a look...and the prices aren't in line with the photos...

and are spread too far across the page...so going into the side bars.

The photos look fine but the descriptions (prices etc) are muddled.

    I like the photos...

I expect some techie on here will know what is wrong...maybe its my pc....????

Pictures are spot on, but as stitchysyl says, it's all a bit muddled and could do with some tidying up

No matter what the website looks like you're not going to succeed unless you sort out a proper way to receive payment. I seriously doubt that anyone is going to send off large amounts of cash to an overseas bank account without some form of protection.

I also note that your eBid account location says OXFORD, but your address on the website is China. To gain the trust of local people you should have a more local address.

Aside from that it looks OK for a first effort.

Would not touch this site with a bargepole, let alone any money!

It looks exactly like many dodgy ebay sellers without even the chance of doing a paypal chargeback.

    Spelling mistake..

PEAL... Should this should be PEARL.

Also there are no descriptions on any of the items, tells the buyer nothing about the item that they are puchasing.

Take Watercolour.. What are they? Pictures, Photos a tea towel??

Your photos are very good, but without a description, I doubt that they will sell.

Ditto regards PayPal and other methods of payment. Also you need to clearly define your postage costs. I could not see any and I did not want to download your order form!

I agree with everything thats been said about descriptions, payment options, the order form and process, design etc....

    a couple more points...

why is the home page the same as the pearl page?

The home page should reflect the different items, show some pearl, some jade and some watercolours...with general descriptions for all...and click throughs to the relevant pages...
Just having a page of photos wil not grab any buyers.

Think of it like visiting a real store in the high street.

You see the shop window (the home page) where you see examples of what is on offer inside...inviting you to come in and see whats in store.
Then you enter and go to the relevant department...the pages are the departments...

Your FAQ is scant to say the least. You need to say how they can order, how they can pay, how long for delivery, how to return goods, how much is the postage costs, etc. Doesn't matter if you say it elsewhere. people like to be able to find info easily and not have to hop around the site.

A profile page would help....something about yourself, where you are based, how long you have been trading, etc

AS it stands...I wouldn't give it a second glance.

    Not being horrible...just truthful
