I need to update my CC details......please help

I need to update my cc details without re registering . Does anyone have a link where we can do this please ?
I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find it .

i have had a good look round too Kazzi, and been through all the faq's, can't find anything, wait for a bit and see if anyone else has any ideas, if not you will probably be better off emailing support to see if they can help you.

kazzi if you click on the home page the little house icon at the top, scroll to the bottom line and click on the upgrade optioin

you will be charged another 2.50 as its a new verification but thats where i had to do it.

sorry forgot to say when you click on the register/upgrade button in the next screen click on upgrade where it says ALREADY REGISTERED?
you dont need to fill in your details again

Hi emma , so everytime our card expires we have to pay again ?
also if i click the box you saying can i alter my card details?

yes because youre getting a card validated again by netbanx

im pretty sure you just put your new card details in - when you click there it should bydefault bring up your details ie name and address etc
im doign this out of memory - just try it you dont have to press the submit button just yet
i'll go and have a nosey too

have just mailed Mark to see if this is correct ........jeez why didnt they tell me they havnt been getting payment from me :roll:
I completely forgot about updating my card and I am sure thats why I owe them money still .

ok you click on the bottom of the page on register/upgradeon the next page at the top where it says Already Registered?
click on Click Here to Upgrade etc
you will be prompted to log in with your current id
In the next screen where it says add your friends details, on the right hand side click on Click to Add Credit Card/Upgrade etc

it will take you to the netbanx secure page - you put in your cc details there etc

re old fees and chasing, well its a good sign though, at least that means the $$$ is not their first priority LOL
