    Default PPPay.com users not confirming with penny check

    I have seven items that I've sold over the past month or so, for which I have received the initial e-mail confirming I have been sent a PPPay.com payment, but none of the buyers have completed the penny check, so I haven't received their money. Can anything be done to improve this?

    It's bloody annoying, isn't it? I've sold a handful of items over the last couple of months, and each time, the buyer has been a new PPPay user who needs to complete the check.

    If they have online access to their accounts, it's fine, and can be done in a couple of days - but one buyer didn't, and had to wait for their statement at the end of the month, which really drags things out.

    There was also one buyer who wasn't aware of the penny check routine, because they used Hotmail and it had sent the e-mails straight to their Junk Mail folder. If I hadn't taken the time to mail them personally and notify them, it probably would have resulted in negative feedback.

    It's certainly something that needs looking into.
