pppay.com Help please

Why can't I withdraw money from my pppay account to my bank account? They have my bank details ect, I request a withdrawel and thats as far as it gets, few days later the money is still sitting in my pppay account, am I doing something wrong? is there a minimum amount or something? i emailed them but no reply, yet. I want to offer this on my listings but if i cant withdraw it theres no point lol

hi there im new to ebid and ive just set up an account so i can sell things. im not sure how to get an account with pp.com can u help me. also there is pobaley something on the page looking at you telling u what to do to withdraw ur money. im with paypal as well so maybe try them aswell.would u recormend opening an account with pp.com. thanx ros

Hi,
It sounds as though you have PPPay silver access - I think you need to up-grade to gold to be able to withdraw money to a bank account.
However with silver you can use the balance to pay for items you have bid for and won - if you have the money in your PPPay a/c to pay for an item you won't incur any charges but its 49p if PPPay use your card to pay for an item.

If you go to PPPay it does have a page that explains about the different levels of access.

Unfortunately like Paypal it can take a while for your money to come through.

PPPAY emailed me and said they need my full name before they can withdraw money to my account.. how stupid do i feel :| lol

Well a lot I know - I just went and checked the PPPay help section - forget what I said about silver and gold access.
