Log in problems

Hapy new year to everyone.
I am having problems logging in today, what happens is I sign in and as soon as I change the page I m asked to log in again ,so I am not able to list any of my items,I have not been on over Xmas and I was hoping to relist items today.
is anyone else getting this.

Hi, contact support@ebid.tv as i think some people had a problem around Christmas with there emails bouncing and had to confirm their email addys. Another thing is i see you are lifetime gold and you need to go to my subscriptions and upgrade to platinum fast as its still free for you at the moment, but only just, some great features in the platinum.

I dont think it is an emailproblem as I got my invoice this morning so my email address is OK.
also i wil upgrade to platinum right now if it will let me.
