PLEASE NEED HELP CAN'T SEE MY ANSWER TO A QUESTION

Hi hope someone can help me but have had a question sent regarding one of my items have sent a reply but can't see it on the Q&A section of the auction. :cry: Anyone know what I've done wrong :?

It should just appear -- which auction is it?

If it doesn't appear shortly (these things are all database driven, and can take a few mins to appear) try clicking back on the link that you got in the email with the question in it, and re-enter your answer....

Have tried that but just brings me to to the ask the seller bit but I'm the seller :? so very confused doesn't take much for me to be confused ops:

I had that, I clicked to reply & it came up ask seller a question
I typed in my anwser and it came out right anyway but got a bit hairy for a minute! Try typing in on ask seller a question.. it should come out right.

Thanks alot But the item sold that night I also added her answers to the auction instead, but if it happens again I'll know what to do Shelley.
