All spreads are up to date as of 7.28 this morning.

We are looking into the Store ID number on exported listings problem that Hannaholly mentioned.

    Hannaholly,

Just tested export from page http://uk.three.ebid.net/perl/accoun...account-closed

Seems ok, it is picking up different Stored IDs ok. I believe this problem was brought up quite a few months ago and was fixed at the time.

I submitted spreads a week ago and again a few days later. They have not been added to my store. So spreads ARE NOT up to date.

I sent mine last Sunday and 2 further on Monday and they have not been done either. AND my ticket number is still open with the information of the spreads sent on it.

    I'll send them again

I just resubmitted the files plus another new one this morning. It appears the upload team is functioning as I see my item counts are increasing. Hopefully this is all from the new submittal and not dredged up from the files that have been in the inox for nearly a week, as I would not want to have to delete 1100+ duplicate listings.

OK this might be a stupid question, & eBid might not respond or have disabled it anyway, but have you tried requesting a Read Receipt when you send your spreadsheets, so that you know if they have arrived or not?

    Hi Gothica
That's a good idea, but as you have mentioned it depends on if it is activated at e-bid. Also it would only advise if ebid actually opened the mail. Occasions are occurring where the document is being sent and not being opened (or that is the impression)

I think the weekend is probably the worst time to send bulk uploads but that is understandable.

Overall the service is good. I just think there needs to be a bit more communication that's all.
