hi new on here, just opened a shop and ran out of categories at 30, can i increase this as i need quite a few more thx jack

Don't forget you can add sub-categories. I believe it's 10 subs per main.

So for example you might have FLUIDS as a main cat the OIL, ANTI-FREEZE, FUEL IMPROVERS etc as sub cats.

hi yes i saw that but it still stops at 30, 25 main plus 5 sub and i ran out, i need lots more probably about another 20 or 30 thx jack

As you are a Platinum level seller you can have up to five shops at no extra cost. Perhaps the answer would be to split your stock over several shops?

it may work but i would prefer to keep all car parts in one shop, it looks more professional and stops double listing, i will see if the powers that be change it, thx anyway jack

I have more than 30 categories/sub categories combined on some of my shops - and am able to add more. send an email to support@eboid.tv as i think it's a glytch.

30 MAIN categories yes- but you can have up to ten sub categories under each main category
