    Default Bank charges

Hi been tryin to claim back my bank charges for the last 6yrs
gone throught the process and sent a letter sayin i'd take them to court
if i don't receive a satisfactory response within in 14 days of receipt of letter
letter arrived this mornin offerin me £697 i was claimin for £987
so i was happy and accepted the offer from rbs
but was told money would be paid into my rbs account
but because i was overdrawn and av a loan with them
the money would clear my overdraft and what's left would reduce my loan
amount with what's left so basically i wont see a penny
    so i'm really p ****d off

Anyone else tryin to get there bank charges back

You've already spent the money from your overdaft and loan, the good news is your debt is now almost £700 less. That has to be good news??
