I have only ever used royal mail and parcel post is the cheapest for larger items.

Depends on value and whether or not you need insurance etc.

Standard Parcel is reasonable, takes between 2-5 days but so signature, Parcelforce is a guaranteed 2 day service with signature at the other end. Insurance is available on both either inclusive or as an add-on depending on the service and how much insurance you need.

If you want to PM me (or if you still have my email addy from the Bacardi T-Shirt auction) with the weight, value and dimensions, I can tell you what your options are via the Post Office and give you a detailed breakdown on what each service does for your money.

I also have a 'ME' page on the other site here which I was using for the Q&A board. http://members.ebay.co.uk/aboutme/postal_help/

Is it a bird, is it a plane, No it's..........a flying pig!
To be fair the buyer accepted at this price.

I have had refunds a cxouple of times. Once it was only 20p and my partner said "why bother with that amount?" I guess it's the principle and the fact you're more likely to use them again.
I also sent extra postage once. I received the goods before I had paid (it does happen sometimes) and the postage was more than charged. As I had been refunded I passed the gesture on. (and because the items were super cheap).

I JUST THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE DECENT THING TO DO ESPECIALLY AS POSTAGE WAS ACTUALLY STATED ON THE Auction. ID 1058988588-52474-0 AT 10.00 TO SEND THESE GOODS WITHIN THE UK AND THEN TO CHARGE 15.00 AND POST IT ON THE FORUM FOR ALL TO SEE THAT YOU HAVE OVERCHARGED IS OVER THE TOP
