Rounding up of buy it now prices?

Sorry for not using the right ebid terminology...
When I edit an auction and my buy it now price is 12.99 it gets rounded up to 13.00.

Is this a setting somewhere Im missing at all please?

Hi there, I am new to ebid. I have got a problem in that I have registered my french address, but when I looked at the options in the drop-down box for county/area, my county is not listed and so in order to register at all I had to choose a wrong country. Is there any way in which ebid can add more county options for french registrations please. I personally need Isere or Rhone-Alpes. However I noticed that Grenoble isnt even listed and thats my nearest town. Please can someone address this issue as otherwise my registered address will continue to be wrong. Thank you for your help in advance.

1201855904-32268-1, if I edit it, change it back to 12.99 it rounds it back up.
Am I doing something wrong?

Not to pleased about the ebid logo slapped on the photo either.
A bit of alpha transparency wouldnt go amiss please?

Figured out whats going on here.
Ebid doesnt allow the auction price and buy it now to be the same price so its adding 1p to the buy it now price when you use the bulk uploader to make sure theyre different.
