    ....going off subject a little bit, re postage, when I see an item here or anywhere else I look at the gross cost with p/p and if that figure was ok then I'd bid or buy, I don't really give a **** how the seller apportions his price...common sense really.

    harsh no not really ott p&p does himself nor other sellers any good , i don`t need people to apologise for me thanks especially when no apology is neccessary , i advised postage ott he cried about it so end of , if he don`t want help why moan about no sales ,

    i agree but sometimes if p&p is excessive it does no good for site or other sellers and i still say £16.00 for a picture is ott i sent 4 rolls of wall paper to usa for £16.70 think of weight and size ????????

    I have sent paintings in the past and it cost more than £16 Merlin, and that didn't include the cost of the packing either!

    £16.00 for a framed and glazed picture is not expensive. I think Merlins problem go's a bit deeper. He has ruled the roost on ebid for years. All the sudden upsurge of new comers seem to bother him.

    I worked for a firm that tried DHL for a few months. DHL stood for Drop it, Hide it, Lose it.

    I have had no problems with /DHL. A little while ago sent a parcel to USA. On checking the tracking it read "Check adress" So I did just that to find I had writen 656 whats it street instead of 356. I emailed DHL in USA and explained my error. Received a auto response to say email received.
    Followed couple of hours later to say parcel found re-addressed and then another email confirming delivery.Now would that happen with Royal mail!!
