Thread: Login problems

    Default Login problems

    I am unable to login anywhere on the site except the forums, I got an email yesterday saying it was my ebid eight year anniversary so I tried to login and all that happens is everytime I fill in the login details it returns to the page minus the login form, I asked for my password to make sure it was correct and it was, I have checked and double checked all my internet settings and have even changed some of them but it's still the same.
    I've now run out of options, can anyone help please.

    Are your payment details up to date, maybe your card has run out and you forgot to put new details in.

    They will be out of date by now but I can't login to update anything, catch22 springs to mind.

    glad its sorted , its nice nowing support actually means support. & they are able to sort us all out when we need it, think the support guys must be for ever busy.

    When I do get a reply from the other site i can never understand what they are saying.
    I think the staff must have brain washing sessions

    I was amazed, I got a reply in less than an hour of me emailing them and it was sorted a few minutes after that, it probably would have been quicker but I went and had a brew because I wasn't expecting a reply, the best support services I have dealt with, top marks to the support team.
