My Defaults not working

I've set up My Defaults but unfortunately they aren't being applied when I list a new item. Also, on the My Defaults page, the Start Auction 'Custom' button doesn't do anything, it won't pop up the window with the calendar in it. This works fine on the auction listing page for me (I'm using Firefox), so I don't think it's my PC.
Has anybody else had this problem?

My defaults have been set for some time to WYSIWYG on both General and Auction. The mini word processor has never activated until today when I listed several items using it. This evening the mini WP does not activate. I have tried both in a new Sell and in editing a current listing. I have also tried repopulate. What am I doing wrong. Your help would be appreciated.
