Account maybe on Hold? why?

Hi all, Im hoping someone out there maybe able to help me - I have been a member of ebid since 2005, however today is the first time I have listed anything.

I listed 2 wholesale lots - 1 was a set of candles and the other a box of bath beads. Which listed and were working fine - I came back a couple of hours later and it wouldn't let me log in saying that my account maybe on hold - I have read the policies etc but can't seem to find what I have done wrong.

Can anyone out there shead any light on the situation?

Hi Helen

Only admin would be able to sort your account

drop them an email support@ebid.tv

Have a look at your details...has your registered card expired?
It could be something really simple.

Thanks Yvonne - just verified my card details today. So maybe on hold while they check it out, Ive sent them an email so see what they have to say. Hope to be up and running soon.
