How very true; good news doesn't get the ratings up. :\
I told a few SGI dealers I know about eBid. Only one has responded
so far, alas fairly dismissive about using eBid aswell as or instead of
eBay. Well, if people don't switch when a service is bad, they can
hardly complain when it bites them on the butt later on...

PS. Here's the post I made ebout eBid on the main SGI forum btw. One
of my auctions has received a starting bid, so I guess someone
decided to have a look! 8)
PPS. This'll make you giggle. I talked to my brother last night
on the phone, turns out he's known about and has been using
eBid for ages. He never mentioned it because he assumed I
already knew... :}
