Opening new store gives error - help please

Hi - I am new to ebid from the other auction site, and just in the process of getting things up and running.

But, I have just encountered my first problem..... I have opened my first store and put a few things in it - no problems. I then tried to open a second store, filled in the information, and it is now saying "Error, you are not the owner of this store"... I can still access the first one without any problems.

Anyone got any idea what I may have done wrong?

I wouldn't have though so- its quite long and it also shows in the stores I can edit - although it wont let me have access..

Send an email to: support@ebid.tv they will know if it's a duplicate, or if there's another problem with it.

Kay, Same thing happened to me yesterday. So I opened a 3rd Store with no problems. Today the second store is seen fine
Maybe just wait a day and see if it appears

Thanks Chris - being new to ebid I wasn't sure if it was just the way ebid works. I'll drop support a line anyway as it could do with being looked at if its a minor bug in the site. Kay

Yvonne, I thought I had opened a store. Went to put an item in it and it says it is offline. I haven't even SEEN my store yet! No place to check "online". I've opened stores on two other sites with no problem Do you know what's going on?

My ebid........my ebid stores (on the right)

Choose the store you want to use, from the drop down.

In section 2, tick the "online" radial button.

Scroll to the bottom of section 2 & "save store details"

bgk... when did you open your store.... if you have no listings in at either 1am or 1pm (UK time) the store will go off line automaticly
