divorce under scottish law?
is anyone else in this situation? Seperation agreement signed but divorce cannot be completed as my kids are being "ignored" by their father who is rarely here anyway? Scottish law seems to allow the kids to be taken care of but not speak up and be heard?

I don't have a situation - I work in law and am good friends with the Family lawyer.
thanks for that but from the experience I have had so far with a lawyer they say that the children's rights are different up here in rainy scotland....Your store is amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!!!!
