AV address verified queston

hi, all i use to have AV at the side of my name but its now gone?

i did have to put my new card details in and change my address at the same time but my card details are the same as my new details as these got changed first, but the AV dissapeared and hasent cme back.

is this something i need to contact ebid about or have i not done something right?

If you've changed card details recently, it's probably only admin that can answer your question.

hi, got a reply from them but it seems to be a automated one which just explains how address verify works? i know how it works, i wont to know why is took away my status as being varified when i updated my cards and address deails when i moved, even though all details are correct with the bank/home address.

have they started a automated system in replying now?

Hi, I had this problem once when I updated my card and it turned out to be a spacing in the postcode. All I did was re-enter my postcode on eBid without a space and it worked. Might be worth a try.

ive just checked and all details are correct, but where can i find my card details to check them? they are not in my details? joanne
