noticed after listing some auction items with buy nows on 7 days that the items still had my normal shop quantity of 5 showing. Went to edit the few auctions but each time I put just 1 in the quantity box it reverts back to 5 again. Driving me nuts!

Any ideas how to change quantity and keep it that way? Tried on a few of the longer listings too and again it goes back to 5

You need to close the auctions and then relist or list similar. Once an auction is up you can't change the quantities.

That's not quite true.
Auctions with an item quantity of more than one are a different sort of auction - a dutch auction. DA's cannot be changed to ordinary auctions. You CAN, however, change the quantity to another figure greater than one but only if the DA han't had any bids or BuyNows.

Also, you cannot change an ordinary auction to a DA.
