I woke up at 4am and realised that I hadn't dried any of my little lads school shirts.... and lay there for 4 hours unable to get out of bed, but unable to sleep for worrying and thinking of alternatives for him to wear in case for some reason the tumble dryer wouldn't work in the morning.

Best way to deal with Downness is to set a small target.... ie yesterday I decided I would create that elusive clickable banner....I did it and felt really pleased wiv meself.

Today I have decided to email 10 ex customers and list at least 5 of the numerous thimbles I have here.. they are fiddly to photo and I don't know much about collecting thimbles but I MUST do it

Once you have reached even a small target... you feel a bit better.....

For REALLY BAD downess.... clean out the under the stairs cupboard...or one of the kids bombsites...
When THAT is finished and you can view the e space and resulting pile of saleable junk or bin only junk you feel a WHOLE lot better...Trust Me
