Feedback question.......

Some time ago ( about 3 weeks ) I bid on an item, but tha auction never reached it's reserve price. I then recieved a message from the seller saying that I could have the item for my bid price.
I have now completed the transaction and am most grateful to the seller and would like to add positive feedback to their rating. Is this possible, and if so, how do I go about it? :?:

Hi,

Technically if the item didn't reach the reserve price the Auction was not won through ebid. I'm glad you had a very good transaction,
I don't think there is an option to officially offer to an underbidder here, so I'm pretty certain that feedback for this seller is not possible.
