Thread: Multi listing question

  1. #1

    Question Multi listing question

    Hi,
I have just started uploading loads of listings to my new store but have now had a terrible thought that I may be running against the rules.
I am listing several items which are the same garment but in different sizes, is this wrong? should I only list one of each and ask customers to quote the size they require on buying?
I did look in the rule list but it did not mention size differences

Hi, it's ok to list each size separately, but make sure the size is stated in the auction title or they could well be reported as multiple listings of the same item

Tanya - You can also post like items of different colours as long as you state the colour in the title.

    Hi Tanya

If you are listing with a buy it now, and your listing times are at least 7 days, it's to your advantage to list as many "varieties" as you can.
Ebid upload your items to Google Products, so the more listings you have....the greater the chance of them being found on Google searches

    Thanks Yvonne,
I have listed up about 60 items so far just to see that I was doing it right on the bulk lister, still trying to figure out how the default listing elements can be put on with this as the listings are a bit basic.

    thanks again

Try the online version of the multi lister ( built by ebid member Jimbo) it makes saving defaults very easy
