Am I going mad or just technically impaired

I am trying really hard to get some ebid stores up and running...have spent the last hour trying to get my store to upload so I can add some items


I have filled in all the required fields

Add New Parent Category
Add New SubcategoryNo Parent Categories Yet

What is this section I don't understand what to put in this section I have filled in all the other fields I have even added Art in the above section to see what happens when I hit the upload store details I get the following message

Error : Cannot go online... Either no categories created, store has no title, no description has been added or no banner/logo uploaded.

Am really finding this difficult which I am certain once I know what I am doing wrong I'll feel like a goof lol

you need at least one parent category to place your items in within your store. The best way I can explain it is...

If you click on one of my links (subject or topographical would be one of the better ones) you will see my store.

(I'll use subject store) to the left you will see postcards civil aviaton A's... postcard civil aviation B etc

these are your parent categories

under aircraft A's you will see aer lingus... aero xxx etc these are the sub categories within the parent category

I added the Category East Coast Dot Art
and Traditional Hand Made Baskets

when I checked out stores under art my store is still not there

blown what the heck I am doing wrong

have you checked to make sure your stor is online....

towards the top of the set up page it will say if the store is on lone or off

store isnt online but can see auctions
