Sold three items a few days ago. Have sent invoice and emailed buyer. As yet, not received payment or any response. How long should I leave it before reporting a NPB?

Hi Snoo
You need to send 3 payment reminders, at least 24 hours apart.
Then mark as a NPB & leave neg feedback.
Then email: support@ebid.tv with the auction details & request a refund (if any) of your fees.
Hope this helps

OTVB...Thanks for the advice. Will give it a couple more days and see what happens.
I would give it at least a week. If you take cheques or postal orders your buyer may have just posted payment. Some people take a few days to make their payments. You also may want to send a note directly to their email address, as not everyone pays attention to (or gets) the eBid notices. Sadly, some people just do not communicate, so you don't know for sure. If you haven't received payment in a week, start sending the three daily payment reminders.
Klj...Buyer was in USA. So cheque payment won't apply. I sent initial invoice at end of auction, followed by a reminder three days later and another one after 5 days. I'll give it another few days as buyer may be away from home, on holiday or something. If not heard anything in another week, will issue NPB. I think 14 days should be a fair enough length of time.
Hi, very annoying isn't it, why don't people respond, if they have purchased something online thet should at least have the decency to finish the transaction, and PAY, or if there are problems communicate. I am now on number 2 non payer in 2 months, very upsetting and annoying.

There seems to be an outbreak of them at the moment, I have 5 unpaid so far this month. I really don't care about getting my fees back, nor claim them, as they are so small in comparison to t'other side. It's just the sheer waste of my time and eBids facilities!! I didn't usually neg on the otherside but never had as high a percentage of non-payers either. May have to start negging here but not happy about it.
It has a lot of potential. All of our NPB's have still had their glasses on but we do not wish to disbar anyone on the grounds that they are new, we have not been here long ourselves. Must admit that after all we had heard, we are pleasantly surprised at the number of sales we have had.
