AAL Drop Down Menu

I seem to be having a problem with a listing and thought I would point it out for whoever deals with possible glitches. The auction ID is 1210513585-8816-0. I am the buyer, but seem to be getting the drop down for a seller - no option to pay (and they do accept PayPal), no option to request an invoice, etc. Instead I'm getting marked as paid, etc. Thanks.

Is the seller on seller+ membership? If not then paypoo, is not connected to the listing.

Thanks Lofty - they are not seller +, but the little glitch seems to be that as the buyer I have the sellers drop down - mark as paid, mark as sent, etc. Instead of the buyers drop down, request invoice, mark as payment sent, etc. Just weird.
