Can I change seller ID & still keep ratings?

Hi All, Please can you help. I would like to change my seller id here but am worried that this will mean I have to start again so to speak & lose my current ratings. Does anyone know if this will happen & also where do I go to actually change my id? many thanks, Tracey

Just a word of warning I changed my seller id and lost our store for 4 days. Not saying it will happen to you (I was probably unlucky) but might be worth thinking about before you take the plunge!

Hi if you change your username your feedback will stay the same.

I took the plunge & as you can see my id has been changed & ratings & shop all intact. I am looking forward to bright & happy hassle free life here on Ebid. Best wishes, Tracey
