At the top of the invoice is the option to add buyer's other items

    Default Help needed please!!

I've used eBid for quite a long time now and got used to the previous method of invoicing combined auctions but now I am lost. Every time I ask the system to give a £ discount on postage to make it what I want to charge it shows up on the screen OK but then prints out with just the total of the goods excluding shipping!! I am having to write to customers to tell them how much the postage is on top of that.

Am I missing something? I must be as I have trawled through other posts and can't find anyone else having the same problem or asking the same question.

Any advice would be appreciated -!!

That has just happened to me to, I managed to put two items on the invoice and deducted combined postage, it looked good on screen but when I looked at my copy there was no postage at all. Is it something I have done wrong or is it just a glitch

I have sent 2 combined invoices today. (about 6 in the last week)

Yes the shipping don't show on the invoice when you look at it, but when the buyer sees it they do see the shipping and the discount that has been applied shared between the items. Eg if I have 2 items with £2.00 postage each = £4.00 but then if I give a discount of £1.00 then the shipping on each item shows as £1.50 = £3.00 which is correct.

All combined invoices that I have sent this week have been paid correctly by the buyers (including 2 newbies) and they have been paid by paypal or Google. If paypal are messing things up it is normally down to a setting that's in your paypal account for your own sites shipping rates
