Why, i believe you are right! Actually i'm glad we don't, because although i crave music and have some playing right now, it's a fact that you can't please everybody with music and to probably more than half of listeners in a captive environment, the selected music is annoying.

Hm. I haven't been on hold on the phone for a while. I wonder if they still play their enraging music (enraging because usually when you're on hold, you're already peeved).
