Asked a question and item closed

Hi, I asked a question on Item 1222027618-20750-0 New in packet 2 pairs scratch mittens Mothercare and got a reply, I wanted to answer the reply but when I clicked the link in the email from ebid (http://uk.three.ebid.net/perl/normal...ion-question)I got the message---

It seems this auction has either been deleted or it closed more than 90 days ago. click here. Please note that auction photos are not kept for archived auctions.

When I searched for the auction it was still there, is this a glitch.

Thanks for looking Sarah, Yes I can find the auction by searching for scratch mittens, it is the Ebid email that you get to say that you have a reply to your question to seller that is not directing you back to the auction but giving an auction closed message instead
