  1. #1

    Default Help with upgrading listing

I am busy re organising my listings and i have a few Free listing that i wanted to upgrade to gallery listings.
I could not find anywhere to upgrade from within the edit listing section and decided it best to close the auction and relist again.
When i relist the same item it is listed as a free option again with no option to upgrade ?
    Am i missing something here

    Hope someone can help

    Thanks

You have got it right, the way I would do this is to click the close option (not delete) on the items running page then list similar. Scroll to the bottom of the page and change the listing option to gallery (the default is free) which is why you can't put the photo in. Then continue with your listing. By the way it is a good idea to do one in the "my defaults" section then save the options and information that you will need for future listings.
Also make sure you take the auction off-line before re-posting or you could have the listing deleted for multi-listing.

How does it make life more difficult? You only have to do it once when you make your template in the defaults. (I'm not sure how many defaults you can have now but it is in double figures).
